Animal Transport Services Agreement

The Terms and Conditions below, along with the information entered into the Customer Intake Form create the Animal Transport Services Agreement, bound by the signature provided on the Customer Intake Form between the Customer and Animovers.

Recitals

Animal Logistics Group, LLC is a limited liability company organized in the state of Delaware doing business as Animovers and is engaged in the business of animal transportation. Animovers principal place of business is

Customer desires to engage Animovers in the transportation of their animal from the specified collection/departure point to the specified delivery point.

Payment

Service Charge – payment of the associated service charge is indicated and collected on the Customer Intake Form.

Expenses – expenses encompass but are not limited to required airfare, airline fees, courier accomodations and ground transportation as discussed. Expenses will be invoiced as incurred and are payable within 24 hours. Failure to settle expense invoices in a timely manner will incur a 2% penalty. Expenses unpaid after 72 hours will constitute a breach of contract and may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customer may cancel service without penalty within 24 hours of submitting Customer Intake Form. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process back to the original form of payment. After 24 hours cancellation is only possible if the “Cancel for any Reason” Rider is purchased (only available at the time of Customer Intake Form submission).

Delays and Disruptions

Although every effort will be made to avoid unnecessary delays and/or disruptions to travel there is always the possibility of circumstances beyond our control. In the case of any unavoidable delay, we will first seek resolution from involved soures (such as airlines) however there is always the possibility that there will be unexpected expenses including, but not limited to, accomodations and itinerary changes. The customer will be responsible for added expenses in all cases except Animovers’ negligence.

Animovers, in partnership with Allianz, offers and encourages customers to consider transport insurance. Transport insurance premium is $69 for transports entirely within the United States (including its territories and dependencies) or $109 for all cross border transports. In the case of disruptions claims are automatic and eliminate any unexpected expenses, regardless of the reason for the disruption. Transport insurance is available at the time of submission of the Customer Intake Form and until 14 calendar days prior to collection/departure date.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
